Two things to get straight before anything else, because both catch people out.
It is not at the hotel
The Omni Amelia Island Resort is at 39 Beach Lagoon Road. The Shops are on Amelia Village Circle, roughly half a mile away. They are marketed as one thing and they are two addresses, which is why people walk out of the lobby looking for a shopping street and do not find one.
Both sit inside Amelia Island Plantation, the several-hundred-acre development on the island's south end. The Omni is the hotel operation inside it; the Plantation is the whole footprint. That distinction is the commonest source of confusion down here.
Whether you can get in, if you are not a guest
We have not confirmed this, and it is the most important thing on the page.
Amelia Island Plantation is a gated development and the roads inside it are private. Whether a non-guest can drive in to reach a retail village on one of those roads is a question for the resort or the shops themselves, and we hold no answer. Ring before you make the journey.
We say so rather than assuming, because the cost of assuming is being turned round at a gate.
What is actually there
Fifteen businesses, every address below checked against the operator's own listing on 10 September 2026. What each one sells is exactly what we have not confirmed — so this is a directory of what is there, not a description of what it is like.

Other
And at the resort proper, half a mile away on Beach Lagoon Road: FloraBelle and Seaglass at 39, alongside Oak Marsh at 39 and Surfcaster at 53.
A note on how this list was built
By address, not by name. The Bottle Shop does not carry "Omni" or "The Shops at" in its trading name and would have been missed by any name search — its address at 95 Amelia Village Circle is the only reason it is on this page. Two others carry the resort's name and sit at the hotel rather than the shops.
That is also why we are not sorting these into categories. Six of the shops are typed only as "general" in our records, and guessing that one sells clothing and another homeware from its name is how you end up publishing something wrong.
The alternative, if the gate is a problem
Centre Street downtown: eight blocks of independent retail, on a public street, with free parking. Different proposition entirely — Victorian storefronts rather than a resort village — and nobody asks who you are.
We publish no opening hours or prices for any business on this page, because we have confirmed none. Every address, telephone number and website was checked on 10 September 2026.
